How to Unlock Your iPhone with EaseUS MobiUnlock

EaseUS MobiUnlock is a one-stop-shop solution for unlocking your iPhone or iPad, and in this review, we’ll show you how to use it.

A screen lock has become an essential feature for most iPhone owners. Providing privacy and security, the lock is your personal gateway into your smartphone that no one else can access. However, locking your mobile down does come with potentially nasty consequences. None is as concerning as forgetting your screen lock code or password.

When that happens, you will be completely shut out from your iPhone. If you cannot recover your screen lock details (pattern, code, etc.) then you could lose your images, documents, contacts, messages, and other data on your device. To avoid this problem, iPhone users can turn to a screen unlock tool such as EaseUS MobiUnlock.

And that’s what we are going to explore on this page. Below we will take a look at EaseUS MobiUnlock in detail and show you how to use the app.

What is EaseUS MobiUnlock

EaseUS MobiUnlock is a solution from EaseUS, a company that provides various tools regarding computing and mobile. It allows users to recover their iPhone if they cannot remember their unlock metrics and are blocked from entering the device.

This service covers the following features to help you if you:

  • Forget the passcode for your iPhone
  • Enter the wrong passcode multiple times
  • iPhone/iPad is disabled.
  • Your iPhone does not recognize the Touch ID/Face lock.

EaseUS MobiUnlock Features

One of the goals of EaseUS MobiUnlock is to make opening your iPhone as seamless as possible. It is a beginner-friendly suite of tools that includes:

  • One-Click Unlocking: Easily unlock your iPhone or iPad with the one-click feature.
  • Manages Different Screen Locks: EaseUS MobiUnlock works with the different screen locking methods on Apple’s iOS (number code, Touch ID, Face ID, pattern).
  • Supports New iPhone Models: The tool works with the latest iPhone 14 models as well as previous generations of iPhones.
  • Multi-platform Support: Works on Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 7, as well as macOS 10.13 and newer.

EaseUS MobiUnlock Pricing

EaseUS MobiUnlock is available across three pricing levels, 1-Month ($29.95), Lifetime ($49.95), and Technician ($399.95). There is also a free trial version that lasts 7 days. What version of the app you get depends on your needs and budget. Of course, if you need a one-time service to unlock your iPhone a single time, the one-month option is better.

On the other hand, if you need consistent unlocking for business reasons, then the lifetime tier is interesting. Prices are the same for the macOS and Windows versions of EaseUS MobiUnlock.

EaseUS MobiUnlock: How it Works

What EaseUS MobiUnlock is essentially doing is allowing you to reset your iPhone from a locked state. Normally, it would not be possible to reset the device without being able to open it. So, in some ways, EaseUS MobiUnlock is not necessarily unlocking your device but instead putting it back to a state where you can start again.

With that in mind, the software will wipe all data from your iPhone or iPad to unlock it. Of course, if you have any important data on the device, you should back it up before using EaseUS MobiUnlock. That includes images, files, messages, documents, or anything else that you deem important.

Step 1: Once the installation of EaseUS MobiUnlock is complete, click the Start Now button.

Step 2: EaseUS MobiUnlock will now start and display all available options for iPhones and iPad. Select the “Unlock Screen Passcode” option.

Step 3: The app will now find your iPhone and display the model. Click the “Start” button to begin the process.

Step 4: Confirm the device and firmware version then click “Next”.

Step 5: EaseUS MobiUnlock will now download the firmware it will use to unlock the iPhone. When the firmware is ready, click “Unlock Now” to install it on your device.

Step 6: Clicking “Unlock Now” will initiate the process, which results in all your data being wiped. EaseUS MobiUnlock displays the following message to check you understand this process. Type in the code and click “Unlock”.

Step 7: The app will now wipe the data and unlock your device, showing a progress bar as it is doing so:

Step 8: The following message appears when the unlock is complete, while your device will take a few minutes to restart as a new unlocked iPhone.

Unlock and Apple ID with EaseUS MobiUnlock

As well as unlocking a passcode, you can also remove activation lock without Apple ID if you have forgotten your username and/or password. Importantly, you must have two-factor authentication (2FA) on your iPhone turned on to use the Unlock Apple ID feature. Below are the required steps:

Step 1: On the MobiUnlock main page, choose the “Unlock Apple ID” option.

Step 2: The app will now ask you to unlock your iPhone or iPad and “trust” your computer. To do this, unlock your device and click “Trust” on the pop-up.

Step 3: With your iOS device connected, click the “Start” button to progress.

Step 4: MobiUnlock will now display your device and firmware. Click “Next” to confirm it.

Step 5: A progress bar will now show the status of the firmware download, while you can pause whenever you want.

Step 6: When the firmware is ready, click the “Unlock Now” button.

Step 7: Type in the verification code to show you understand that your device data will be wiped.

Step 8: MobiUnlock will now unlock the ID and restart your phone. Click “OK” to end the process and return to the app homepage.

Other EaseUS MobiUnlock Features

Aside from unlocking your passcode and Apple ID, MobiUnlock also offers the following solutions for iPhone and iPad users:

  • Unlock Screentime Passcode – removes the screentime passcode from iOS devices.
  • Remove iTunes Backup Encryption – recover encrypted iTunes backup passwords.
  • Password Manager – manage passwords across iOS, including third party passwords you use an iOS device.
