Minecraft Brings the Ice Age to Overworld

Minecraft Ice Age DLC brings characters from the popular movie franchise to Minecraft, including a snowy Overworld and a new mission.

-

Over the last two decades, the Ice Age series has been one of the most enduring animated movie franchises. Even so, it has been over 20 years since the first movie came out and six years since the last (Ice Age: Collision Course) arrived. Better late than never, Minecraft is now launching a new Ice Age DLC for Overworld.

As mentioned, the Ice Age series is an enduring favorite that spans adults (young when the first movie came out) and kids. The franchise also expands beyond the movies to toys, TV shows, and games.

In other words, the Minecraft Ice Age DLC may be late in the history of the franchise, but it is still relevant. From the creators at 4j Studios, this DLC Overworld brings an Ice Age scene and tons of characters from the franchise.

“This expansive map rebuilds some of the most iconic locations from all the movies – including the new Adventures of Buck Wild – in brilliantly blocky ways. And you’ll want to investigate it all because you’ve been given an important collecting mission.”
