-

If you heading to to play the in-built browser game, it is no longer a case of surf's up. Instead, you will be hitting the slopes. Yes, has made a tweak and for the holiday season is offering a skiing retro game where the surf game once was.

Microsoft has been offering the “Surf Game” to all Edge users since early 2020, after previously previewing it. It is an 8-bit retro title that plays directly within the company's Chromium-based web browser.

To celebrate the Holiday Season 2021, Microsoft is updating the game. You will be swapping the tropical backdrop and blue waves for a snowy slope and slalom skiing. Can you complete the course by avoiding obstacles like trees, rocks, buildings, and flags? You'll even run into a yeti on your travels.
