Microsoft has unveiled its latest addition to the Surface family, the Surface Hub 3, featuring a unique portrait mode aimed at enhancing collaborative experiences. The innovative design allows users to rotate the device, offering a versatile approach to presentations and team interactions. The new mode is particularly beneficial for viewing long documents and webpages, providing a more natural and engaging user experience.
Microsoft offers two versions of the Surface Hub 3 with a bigger 85” model, priced at $24,999.99 and a smaller version with 50” for $9,499.99.
Surface Hub 3 Specs
The Microsoft Surface Hub 3 for Business is available in two models: 50” for $9,499.99, and 85”, priced at $24,999.99, both powered by an Intel i5 processor and equipped with integrated graphics (iGPU). Both models boast a substantial 32 GB of memory and a 512 GB storage capacity, ensuring smooth performance and ample space for applications and data. The 50” model features a resolution of 3840 x 2560, while the 85” model offers a resolution of 3840 x 2160, both delivering crisp and vibrant visuals on their PixelSense Displays. The displays also support active, dual-pen inking, enhancing the interactive experience. Each model is fitted with a Surface Hub Smart Camera, capable of 4K resolution and a 136-degree field of view, making them ideal for video conferencing and collaboration.
In terms of connectivity, both Surface Hub 3 models are equipped with Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth Wireless 5.1 technology, and Gigabit Ethernet, ensuring reliable network connections.
