How to Find Archived Emails in Your Gmail Account
You can easily find the archived emails by searching “All mails”. Follow along.
- Open up your Gmail account, click on “More” in the sidebar
- Click on “All Mail” to see all of the emails in your Gmail inbox
- Type in (NOT label:inbox) in the Gmail search bar
Search for any word you’d like, and type (NOT label:inbox) after it, as shown in the picture. It will show you all the relevant emails that are not in your Gmail Inbox.
- The result will show all the emails in your Gmail account that are not labeled “inbox”
How to Archive Your Emails in Your Gmail Account
You can easily archive your emails if you have a cluttered Gmail inbox. Here’s how:
- Open your Gmail account, hover over any email, and click on the “Archive” icon to archive that specific email
- OR open any email, click on the “Archive” icon as shown in the picture
- OR, select emails that you would like to archive and click on the “Archive” icon as shown in the picture
It allows you to archive multiple emails in your Gmail account at once.
How to Unarchive an Email in Your Gmail Account
Unarchiving your emails will put those emails back in your Gmail inbox, and you’ll be able to access them directly in your inbox.
- Find your archived email, click on the “Unarchive” icon to unarchive your emails in your Gmail account
