Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Power C3.ai and Adobe Cloud Experience Collaboration

Microsoft Dynamics 365 will power C3 AI CRM, a new platform developed with C3.ai and Adobe Cloud Experience for enterprise.

has this week announced a new partnership with and C3.ai for the launch of a Microsoft Dynamic 365 powered solution known as C3 AI CRM. According to Microsoft, the tool is the first of its kind to integrate and Adobe Cloud Experience with C3.ai solutions.

C3.ai is a major enterprise software provider the develops artificial intelligence solutions to aid digital transformations. The company creates data models, AI models, and connectors for enterprise customers.

C3 AI CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) is a suite of services. It boasts tools to help marketing, customer service, and sales. All three companies will work together in collaboration to deliver:

  • “Sell the industry-specific AI CRM offering through dedicated sales teams to target enterprise accounts across multiple industries globally, as well as through agents and industry partners.
  • Target industry vertical markets initially including financial services, oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, telecommunications, public sector, healthcare, defense, intelligence, automotive, and aerospace
  • Market the jointly branded offering globally, supported by the companies' commitment to customer success”

Integration

Microsoft and Adobe are already long-term partners. Together with C3.ai, the CRM solution will help customers forecast revenue and see customer trends through AI empowerment. Customers will be able to tap into integrations from , Microsoft Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
