The Microsoft-Accenture joint business venture Avanade has an important new partner. Adobe announced this week that it will collaborate with Avanade through an integration between Adobe Experience Cloud, Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

“Adobe is partnering with Avanade, Microsoft and Accenture’s joint venture, to help our mutual customers rapidly develop, implement and derive value from Adobe and Microsoft’s digital business solutions,” Adobe says. “Avanade will build an Adobe practice, connecting Adobe Experience Cloud with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure to provide each client with a customized solution specific to its unique needs and objectives.”

Avanade is a cross-business between Microsoft and Accenture which operates under the Accenture Microsoft Business Group.

Paul Daugherty, Accenture’s Chief Technology & Innovation officer and Chairman of the Avanade board, said at the time improving digital transformation is important. He added the Accenture Microsoft Business Group also enhances the collaboration between the two companies.


Microsoft’s partnership with Accenture and Avanade also yielded the Dynamics 365 AI solutions. Working with Adobe will impact cloud services and solutions for customers. Adobe details the following benefits of the collaboration:

  • The integration of Adobe Experience Manager (part of Adobe Marketing Cloud in Adobe Experience Cloud) and Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure and Azure Machine Learning to unify sales and marketing activities and create compelling, personalized experiences online and in-person based on customer intent.
  • The integration of Adobe Campaign (part of Marketing Cloud in Experience Cloud) for experience delivery and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create a single view of the customer that can be used to personalize 1:1 experiences across touchpoints.
