Microsoft’s next major event is Connect() and will be the last conference the company hosts in 2018. Today, the company has announced Connect() 2018 will be held on December 4. Microsoft says the event will be live streamed.
As always, the developer conference will host live sessions, although Microsoft has not confirmed how many there will be. If last year is a reference, we should expect around 75 live sessions during Connect() 2018.
“Tune in on December 4, 2018 to get the latest updates on Azure and Visual Studio from the comfort of your favorite chair. Plan for a full day of virtual developer goodness—from keynotes to demos to live coding with experts.”
As for the schedule, the keynote will be hosted by Microsoft’s Scott Guthrie between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM PT. Keynote topics will include a demonstration on how Azure and Visual Studio can boost productivity in an organization.
Further Events
Between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM, Microsoft will host a Q&A on Twitch and Mixer. The second keynote will take place between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. This second session will be hosted by Scott Hanselman.
Microsoft describes the second keynote as demo-packed where attendees can learn about ways to use Azure for creating applications through Visual Studio.
The company says the rest of the day will be filled with live-coding sessions:

Sessions throughout Connect() 2018 will be on demand, so attendees can visit the sessions they want.
