Everyone loves a furry friend. No, not dogs, but cats. Ok, there is a love hate vibe with cats, but there’s no denying they make a good YouTube video. Microsoft is on board with felines and has released a Windows 10 theme pack that many will find purrfect (I’m sorry).
Available now on the Microsoft Store, “Cat Expressions” for Windows 10 is a theme that comes with a pack of 18 free wallpapers. As its free of charge, I decided to give it a go and it is, well, as you would expect… lots of images of cats.
“These cats glare, grin, stare, and reveal their fiercely adorable personalities in this free, 18-set theme for Windows 10 Themes. These images are to be used as desktop wallpaper only,” Microsoft explains.
From cute to weird, Microsoft has something for most users with a feline tilt. Of course, if you meddle with your wallpapers and themes a lot, you will know Microsoft has plenty of these packs. They can be found in the Personalization > Themes on the Microsoft Store.
Compatibility
The selection is compatible with any Windows 10 PC running the Windows 10 Anniversary Update or newer. Microsoft’s slimmer Windows 10 S mode is also supported by the app. As this is not a proper app, it is not actionable in the normal sense.
To see the wallpapers, head to Settings > Personalization > Themes to choose the one you like.
