While Microsoft has not added new features to To-Do on Android, users are getting some important bug fixes that will make the app run smoother.

If you are managing your tasks with Microsoft’s To-Do app on Android, you should be seeing a new update today. The company has sent out a new version of the app, bringing To-Do to v1.28.63. The latest update is available to download from the Google Play Store on Android devices.

With this release, To-Do is not gaining any new features. We are getting the usual improvements and bug fixes, while users will now see the List Picker after creating a new Microsoft Account. The company says it has also made some tweaks to the UI of SSO account picker.

Here are the bug fixes included in this release:

  • Do not pre-select text when it is shared to New To-Do extension
  • Load more Overdue suggestions when the current page is hidden
  • Positioning of Sign Out button in settings
  • Steps: Do not allow to swipe steps in multi select mode

While you are not getting anything new, it is still worth pulling in this update for the fixes. You can download it now from the Play Store.

Recent To-Do Update

Last week, Microsoft rolled out a new update for the task manager on Windows, iOS, and Android, The leading new feature with the release was the introduction of subtasks called “Steps”.

Steps is an options (displayed as “Add Step”) below the title when a new task is created. Users can create as many subtasks as they want. However, you should remember that marking all Steps as complete will not do the same to the main task.

Microsoft said the feature was not available on Android just yet, and it seems it missed out on v1.28.63 too.
