Microsoft has discussed plenty about the Windows 10 Creators Update and what features it will bring to the platform. However, the company has not talked about many of the features that will come to the Xbox One. Now the company has expanded on what we can expect from the Creators Update on Xbox when it comes this spring.
In a blog post, Microsoft says Windows 10 will be focused on making gaming more social and easier. The platform will also be integrated with improved hardware, Microsoft’s Project Scorpio. Also, the company says the features will be based on customers feedback from gamers.
Microsoft has already announced full integration with streaming service Beam. The company has already made moves towards this by merging Xbox Live and Beam accounts last month. Indeed, Microsoft says some of its Creators Update features for Beam next week, likely in preview.
The Beam integrations follow four main themes: Streaming, Performance, People, and Competition. By integrating the service, which was purchased last year, will make streaming games easier on Xbox One and Windows 10.

New Xbox One Features
One of the abilities coming from Beam will be to instantly stream on Windows 10 and Xbox One. The service connects directly into Xbox Live accounts, allowing streaming to be started.
“No extra software is needed and viewers anywhere will be able to watch your streams and interact with your broadcast,” the company explains. “On a Windows 10 PC, press Windows + G to pull up the Game bar and click the broadcast button to start streaming. On Xbox One, you can start streaming with one button press from inside the Guide.”
The Creators Update will also bring Game Mode to Windows 10. Microsoft says Insiders will see the first strings of this feature next week. The feature will come to previews in full with future insider releases.

Microsoft has frequently talked about creating a more wide reaching community with for Xbox Live. The Creators Update will further this concept by making more integrations to other social networks. The Activity Feed will also be updated to include more information on friends and their activities.
