With mobile views of existing Power BI reports users can display data in a clear way on a small screen.
Once a report has been published it will be made available to all mobile users on any screen size – the scaling and resizing is handled automatically. On top of the custom view, Microsoft also introduces a variety of features to enhance and optimize the experience of using reports on phones.
Since the preview, the company has further improved the reports feature. As Microsoft points out in a release blog post, “if you have a lot of visualizations in a report you can now scroll the visualization pane to browse all available visualizations and add them to your phone layout.” Also, visualizations that are now shown in the authoring pane are zoomed in “so you can see them better and identify each one”.
