Microsoft Remote Desktop Preview Now Allows Adding Desktops to Custom Groups

The latest update brings a few new features, the most notable one being the support for adding desktops to custom groups. Users can now also copy and paste images and objects.

All in all, this is a standard update that brings minor enhancements, as well as the usual bug fixing. Currently, the app is now at the version 922.

The Remote Desktop Preview will later eventually replace the Microsoft Remote Desktop app on . The app is currently available separately in the preview form as continues to update it with the initial set of features.

It is available on Windows Holographic, desktop, and mobile devices. However, the app requires Windows 10 and to run on PCs and phones with Windows.

The Microsoft Remote Desktop Preview allows users to connect to a remote PC or virtual apps and desktops. You can also connect from your phone and be productive no matter where you are.

In addition, it offers multi-touch experience supporting Windows gestures to easily access remote resources on a secure connection. Users can also manage multiple connections from the connection center thanks to the intuitive user interface.
