Office 365 October Security Updates Rolled Out

Microsoft has sent out the collective security and compliance updates from October to Office 365 subscribers.

If you are an subscriber, you should be seeing a new update in the coming days. 's Office 365 security and compliance team has rolled out the October security patch.

This is an accumulation of all the security and compliance-related updates rolled out over the last month.

In its official blog post, Microsoft details the following changes to the cloud productivity service.

Office Event

We are now just 24 hours away from Microsoft's big Office event. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella will open the event before handing the reigns to Kirk Koenigbauer, Corporate VP for Office. The hour long event will see the company announce Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams is a group chat software that features integrated Microsoft services like OneDrive, Skype, and other Office apps. The event will be livestreamed, Microsoft announced over the weekend.
