-

The update brings OneNote to version 16.0.6965.1825 and packs bug fixes and performance improvements. It's not a major upgrade, but the app is more stable now and the “Note” experience is better than ever.

OneNote allows you to type, handwrite, draw, and clip things from the web to get down your thoughts into your notebook. Its flexible canvas lets you place content anywhere you want and you can even scan handwritten notes or pages straight into OneNote then make them searchable.

In the previous update for the app, allowed users to create notes using the note bar and enabled the options to create or delete sections even when you are offline.

New features in the OneNote app:

  • Adding notebar: a new way to create note
  • Ability to create or delete sections while in offline mode.
  • Sync improvements
  • Bug fixes and performance improvements”

In past few weeks, Microsoft's cross-platform apps have received a number of useful access and interface related updates.

The app is now live on Play Store and it is very likely that another set of updates will roll out soon.
