Users can now modify upload and download rates in OneDrive, a feature which had been requested by many for quite a while.
Particularly when prompted to sync the saved data to a new machine, OneDrive usually absorbs a burdensome amount of bandwidth. As a solution, Microsoft has now added a new network tab to set up a preferred data transfer rate.
The latest update of the OneDrive app also removes the ‘Manage Storage’ option, whichwas repeatedly lambasted by users for not being helpful. Currently, the changes are applied to the Windows Insider Release Preview ring.
