Concur is collaborating with Microsoft Office developers to create a seamless process for business professionals to manage their travel booking and expenses right from their Outlook Inbox.

Concur´s travel booking and expense tools are now available as a  prototype version inside Office 365. and can be used to navigate expense reports and plan travel within the productivity suite.

The company has shared a detailed overview of Concur´s Office 365 integration on its website.

Concur will also have an intelligent travel booking feature which checks the user’s Outlook Calendar for business trips and provide users with options to book their trip right from Outlook.

The business traveler will have the option to book flight, hotel, and transportation for that city. Even better, Concur will read the trip dates and suggest options based on company travel policy,” writes Barry Padget, Chief Product Officer for Concur.
