Salesforce releases Continuum powered Salesforce1 Windows 10 Mobile app

A new Salesforce1 Windows 10 Mobile app can display a full screen experience of the Salesforce Lightning desktop in Continuum mode.

The company showcased its Salesforce1 Mobile app at a launch event in San Francisco, featuring Salesforce Lightning for Continuum on a Microsoft Lumia 950 XL.

Microsoft highlighted the latest business app for Windows 10 Mobile through its official blog, stating that the two companies continue their partnership to deliver new joint solutions.

The Salesforce1 app brings a new level of flexibility and speed to Saleforce´s customer relationship management software. The world-renowned CRM suite will now enable clients to run their businesses from their Windows 10 Mobile phones, with plenty of powerful tools that work in the cloud using real-time data.

“The new Salesforce Lightning for Continuum is the latest integration between Salesforce and Microsoft designed to empower joint customers to achieve more, from anywhere. Previously announced integrations from Microsoft and Salesforce designed to help companies connect with customers and collaborate more effectively include: Salesforce Lightning integrations with Skype for Business, OneNote and Delve, and Salesforce1 Mobile App for Windows 10.”

AS we reported earlier, Microsoft and Salesforce are cozying up with each other. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella even showed up on Dreamforce 2015 to speak about the strong ties between the two companies and their joint vision for the future.
