Microsoft´s digital assistant Cortana today adds integration with the professional social network LinkedIn.
The Windows Team has shared some basics of the integration on the Windows Experience Blog.
Connecting Cortana to LinkedIn improves the Cortana meeting reminder feature of the Windows 10 Mail & Calendar app. When a reminder pops up Cortana will add information about the people you are meeting with provided by LinkedIn, like photo, job role, company, and a link to their LinkedIn profile.
When you are still not connected to a meeting member, you can also request a connection directly from the Cortana meeting reminders.
